Ideally You® | mentorship & coaching

Become the Version of You That You Know Is Possible

You’ve carried the weight of survival long enough. Ideally You® is where we slow down, tell ourselves the truth, and do the real work to rise into who you were created to be: spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially, and intellectually.

Executive performance methodology

  • Trauma-informed approach to high performance (addressing "functioning but fragmented")
  • Holistic optimization across Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Social, and Intellectual dimensions
  • Fortune 500 experience applied to career advancement
  • Certified Program & Project Manager framework for manageable, phased targets

This mentorship isn’t about performing and band-aid solutions. It’s about becoming whole, which isn’t quick fix work. It's root work that produces real fruit.

  • This is not executive coaching that only focuses on career (but doesn't address the trauma keeping you fragmented)
  • Helpers who address trauma (but don't understand Fortune 500 performance culture)
  • Faith-based coaches (but do not have the correct theology to not cause harm)
  • This is not address everything at one time and see what sticks (with no project management methodology for measurable outcomes)

If you’re ready to stop living from old wounds and finally build the life you keep seeing in your mind, you’re in the right place.

Don't take my word for it… impact statements

“Tiffany is a change agent in the trauma space. From victim to victor, her attentiveness to the direct roots that cause our traumas and the ways they will show up if not addressed is a Godsend. Her trauma truth acknowledges pain, but through careful assessment, direct communication, and God-ordained wisdom and work, you will not stay that way! A true and thorough advocate and champion, this is the session you need to begin to elevate past what has happened and into who God has truly called you to be.”

—Ashley

"I really do feel freer. When I think of the tools, it eases my heart. Two months ago I would've spiraled. Now I'm using tools to regulate myself. I calmed myself down and put on my affirmation playlist. I don't even feel bad anymore about setting boundaries with my family. I'm not letting this take me back."

—Brittany

"From a male perspective, the feelings wheel... I think us as men, we been taught so much to suppress our feelings and put our feelings aside, that we're not as in tune with them as I'm not as in tune as I should. And that's something that I want to stop and pause and explore more... to understand what I'm feeling in those moments. You are definitely probing into something, and I feel what everyone else feels about wanting more sessions together, because it's really opening something... It's digging."

—Antonio

I'm in a place that I always prayed for, but wasn't sure that I would get there. Tiffany helped us go from leading while bleeding to leading from a healed place. We're building purpose the right way this time - with our marriage intact, our voices strong, and our boundaries. That's a testimony.

—Tia

"The asking yourself why five times to get to the root is what has helped me this week to be proactive and not reactive because I found that when I'm at the height of an emotion, if I just ask myself, why, five times, I can literally feel myself calming down, and when I get to the last why, I can better articulate why I'm feeling that way. So that has been the game changer for me."

-  Kimberly

"A lot of times it's everyone else, but looking at the mirror and looking at what's really going on with me personally, it kind of makes me think like, yeah, what does make me happy? Because I'm always looking at other people and not really looking at what does make me happy, because I'm always thinking about others. So I like when I have to do a check in, because it causes me to look within myself."

Trauma Support Specialist

I See You, Because I’ve Been You.

I'm Tiffany Mensah, author, consultant, and founder of the D.O.V.E.S. Network®. As a child who was exposed to domestic violence, I know what it feels like to carry wounds you didn’t ask for. I also know what it looks like to heal, grow, and rise; spiritually, emotionally, and in every area of life.

Ideally You® is the framework I had to walk out myself. It’s the same process I’ve used to mentor and support others for years.

I’m a Disciple of Jesus and Certified Trauma Support Specialist (CTSS) who believes Biblical truths and emotional healing go hand in hand. I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness, but I do walk with you through the work of becoming whole.

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

~ 3 John 1:2 NLT

Ideally You® faqs

No. Ideally You® is for anyone ready to face their past, heal emotional wounds, break cycles, and grow into their ideal self.

Is this a therapy?

No. This is trauma-informed mentorship rooted in faith, reflection, and application integration. If you need therapy, I will help you find the right licensed professional.

What if I need to pause or cancel?

This is a month-to-month mentorship with no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Annual enrollments are non-refundable but can be paused for up to 60 days if needed.

How is this different from executive coaching?

Most executive coaches optimize your performance without addressing the trauma patterns keeping you fragmented. Most therapists address trauma, but don't understand Fortune 500 culture or career advancement strategy. Ideally You® integrates both; you get trauma-informed healing WITH performance methodology so you can lead from wholeness, not woundedness.

You've been excellent at performing. Now it's time to become whole.

The version of you that you know is possible; spiritually grounded, emotionally regulated, physically healthy, socially connected, intellectually thriving, isn't a fantasy. It's the life you were created for.
